Homeopathy is a system of Natural Medicine which has been used worldwide for over 200 years.

The underlying principles on which it is based are timeless.

This is an opportunity to learn more about this fascinating method of treating common ailments.

Homeopathy is a safe and effective Medicine which can be used to treat adults, children and animals by activating our innate capacity for healing. During the day we will:

  • Look at the origins of homeopathy as it is used today.
  • Define the basic principles for safe and effective use.
  • Learn about remedies for first-aid situations (shock, injury, physical trauma) and common ailments (teething, fever, coughs, colds, stomach bugs etc)
  • We will also discover help for mental/emotional distress

Along the way there will be a little story-telling to illustrate important points. The workshop will be informal, Interactive and fun. Questions and scepticism welcome!! By the end of the day, you will be well-informed enough to begin using homeopathy for yourself, your friends and family.
